Cloud clipboard

A cloud clipboard that lives in your browser

Copy on one browser and it is ready to paste on your others. Nothing to install — just sign in on each device with your email or Google.

Short answer

A cloud clipboard keeps what you copy in your account so you can paste it on another device. With MyClipCloud open, text, links and photos you copy are synced to your other signed-in browsers within moments and put on their clipboard when the tab is in front. In Chrome and Edge this includes copies made in other apps.

What you get

  • Automatic sync. Copy inside MyClipCloud — or, in Chrome and Edge, anywhere on the device and come back to the tab — and the item is saved and shared with your devices. No Send step.
  • Ready to paste. On your other devices the newest text or photo goes onto the clipboard as soon as MyClipCloud is in front. Copy latest is there as a fallback.
  • Photos and files. Share images, PDFs, Office documents, ZIP, audio and video up to 25 MiB each. Programs and scripts are blocked.
  • Clear status. The app shows when it is syncing, synced, offline or reconnecting, so you always know where things stand.

Good to know

  • In the browser alone, sync runs only while a MyClipCloud tab is open (the browser extension removes that on a computer); mobile browsers pause pages that are not on screen.
  • Copies made in other apps are picked up only in Chrome and Edge, after you allow clipboard access once.
  • Text up to 100 KiB per item; photos and files up to 25 MiB. Files other than photos are downloaded rather than put on the clipboard.
